Mead Stampede

A mead competition from your favorite Meadtubers! A simple, approachable, mead competition – now in its third year! Our team has worked hard to make sure the competition is in line with other homebrewing competitions regarding rules, timeframes, and judging criteria.

Cost is $10 per entry and you are limited to 4 entries.

Be sure to play our Cattle Battle category, too! Mead Stampede organizers will brew up a special batch of lactomel mead featuring breakfast cereal. Here’s the challenge: we just gave you the ingredients, but not the recipe. You brew with these ingredients – trying your best to guess what the Cattle Battle Challenge mead tastes like. Whichever entry gets the closest in flavor to the official brew will be declared the winner!

Your Honey or Your Life

Your Honey or Your Life is a mead competition organized by The Barreled Bee, LLC, Portland, Oregon.

Red Earth Brewers Spring Brew Off

The Red Earth Brewers Spring Brew Off is an BJCP-sanctioned homebrew competition open to all homebrewers. All entries must be handcrafted products, containing ingredients available to the general public, and made using private equipment by hobbyist brewers (i.e., no use of commercial facilities or Brew on Premises operations, supplies, etc.).

Red Earth Brewers is a social club open to all individuals who are at least 21 years of age and exists as a means for members to explore the art of homebrewing. The mission of the Red Earth Brewers is to promote the education and appreciation of homebrewed beers, ciders, wines and meads while at the same time forging relationships with the Oklahoma brewing community. This is accomplished through collective education, research, dissemination of information as well as volunteering in all areas related to our craft.
